ANGIE LAUGHLIN |
|
Angie is as versatile as a trainer can be. Not only is she a
personal trainer, she is also a group fitness instructor
specializing in yoga, pilates, kickboxing, boot camp, step,
muscle conditioning, seniors, stability ball and much more. In
addition, Angie has taught CPR, First Aide and Sports Safety
classes for the American Red Cross. Her degrees and certificates
include: Personal Training, Group Exercise, Pilates, Laban (yoga
and pilates) and a variety of additional CEC trainings. She has
recently attended training and/or is certified in the
following: intermediate pilates, bosu, vinyasa yoga, self
defense phase 1 and 2,
recently completed continued education class on spinning

NIKI SMITH |
|
Niki is also a
certified fitness instructor. She is currently working on her
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She has a passion, just
like her mom, to help others. She's dedicated to her classes,
both in the fitness world as well as in college. |
